Client Service & Communication



As a client of ECM, you will receive:

  Monthly statements of account showing your account’s holdings

  Monthly performance reports showing the return for your account

  Access to your portfolio manager directly to discuss your objectives and needs

  Personal account reviews by our team of investment professionals

  Attentive and courteous service by all of ECM’s staff

  Monthly statements of account from the independent third party custodian, trust bank or brokerage firm

  A year-end schedule of realized gains & losses report (for taxable accounts) to provide your accountant

ECM clients receive monthly statements of account performance, while many advisory firms report only 4 times per year. In addition, ECM’s Private Client Group publishes regular reviews and forecasts of economic and market conditions, and political and fiscal commentary.

Having direct access to your Portfolio Manager is key when it comes to discussing your needs & objectives. We believe that communication is essential to the success of your portfolio. Our investment team is available weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific time, and welcome answering any questions you may have.
